Could you please help me. I Send a suport request but according to the answers my site ploja.x10hosting.com is working.
The problem is that I check it in the past 3 days in tre diferent computers and there is always the same message "sorry explorer can't find your site".
What Can I do?
I have been registes in x10hosting for 3 months, and my web site was aproximatly 1 month on line (total).
At this moment I have no acceso to my web site and have no access to the control panel, but I can acces to my account panel and see that the files are in the server because I can see disc...
When I pick the icon to access the control panel there is a message asking me to my user and password.
I put this things the same that I put to access to the sistem but ther is a message worng user name or password. ¿What happend?
This week there is no web site, no control panel and no website.
I think this colud be because the upgrade you are doing. But please let me know when we are on line again.
