I have a top sites website http://oatop.co.cc/ and when a member joins it sends out an email with a linking code. The email is taking up to 2 weeks to arrive. Is there a problem with the script I'm using, or is there an issue on the host?

Are any outgoing ports blocked for freehost? In particular port 27960.
