When i edit my files and look at images file, it appears blank. I uploaded again, still same problem. Any suggestions? No images display

I think that somebody is trying to hack my site. I get a certificate rejection and at the top "https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/" https is marked with a red cross. If i say proceed an unknown cpanel login screen appears that asks for my username and password
