Still cannot log into cpanel or email. I need to asap please

It never lets me, and I've tried several times. And what's up 2 different logins? Obviously I can get here, but the other, the Forums, I can't log in. When I attempt to recover my password, it says this email address was not found in our system. So what do I do?

I upgraded my account to Prime on March 3rd and my website is still suspended. This needs to be fixed asap.

Can someone explain to me why this happens? If I enter the IP address of my domain name into a browser, it takes me to x10 Hosting home page instead of my domain. I obtained the IP address (69.175.121.66) using the Network Tool in the cPanel. This tool is supposed to return the IP of my domain...

I have "index.html". This should be working.

Whenever I enter my domain "tonyanddonny.com" it gets redirected to x10hosting.com. Any ideas?:confused:
