Tech support seams to be somewhat lackin at x10

I have tried to modify my domain from an x10 subdomain to a full '.co.uk' domain, but get ' Error Code: C085843B ' The domain I'm trying to modify is www.jamesstores.co.uk.x10.bz

When attempting to modify my domain, I received the following error code 'C085843B', any help would be most welcome.

I can change from a '.x1o.mx' to a '.x10.bz' subdomain without problems, but it is changing back to a '.co.uk' that is causing the problems.

A fix sometime soon would be most welcome. I may be a free hosting customer at the moment, but if all goes well then I will be upgrading. However, if niggling errors such as this take so long to get sorted, then I will be moving elsewhere.

I modified my main domain a couple of days ago to a .x10.mx, when I tried to change it back I got 'Error Code: 1E9F63B0'. Any ideas guys?.

All I've got to do now is work-out why I get a message about having my quota of mysql databases when I don't have anything installed (yet). Yes, it should be 'www.jamesstores.co.uk'. I did intially change it to see if it fixed the missing files issue.

I wish to remove my main (and only) domain as I managed to screw-up the directory and nothing works.

The only way I can fix all the problems with my account is to close it and then re-register. Trouble is, how the heck do I close my account (or if possiable, remove my domain).
