    Top of the page doesn't show up!

    A new problem from a newbie to you, mods. I made this page with Dreamweaver and whatever I put at the top of the page just doesn't show up. I've tried putting the banner, a picture and a horizontal bar... *p00f* they disappear but the code is there. Any hint?
