i have checked my e-mails and have nothing :(! is there anyway to retrieve any files? for me to be able to download the files to my pc if i can' get my account back? i had some important files that i don't have a copy of :(!

after i logged in my hosting account had gone and didn't even seem to exist, what can i do to get it back? :confused::frown:

when i logged into my account my web hosting account had gone, i only have the forum. Also i can't open a support ticket :( what should i do?
