Apparantly I was suspended at 7.49pm last night for high cpu usage. We are now in a new month and my usage is zero - have tried to update my ticket but it doesnt seem to work. I guess I need to contact you to resolve this, as there are some remedies to the account I wish to make, Thanks, Derek
