    Can't submit unsuspension request

    Hello, My account was automatically suspended today (June 26) but I cannot submit a request to have it unsuspended. When I click on the suspension description, the whole suspension history page just refreshes. In the page that shows pending and resolved requests, I don't see any unsuspension...

    Cannot send or receive email

    I just signed up for free hosting and set up an email account. I can log in and check my email fine through cPanel, but messages that I send do not arrive, and messages sent to my account bounce back with a "No such user here" error. What's up?
