hey, i've tried to login to my cpanel by going to http://justtestingit.x10hosting.com:2082 yet i get a page load error saying that the adress is not found. what do i do?

hey everyone, i made a site late last year but hadn't used this website since, and now i've forgotten my cpanel username and such it is asking me to link my cpanel account to me forum account.... any help would be appreciated...
