It seams my site on cossacks can't connect to the database sometimes. It just randomly says "Can't connect to the database." in both Joomla and SMF. The other times it works. What's up with this? I saw a tutorial that the database server was moved and to connect to mysql.x10hosting.com instead...

Never mind, it seams to have resolved itself.

I am not asking to get unsuspended, I'm simply asking why. All I did was upload an SMF zip file (2.14mb). What is considered "high" resource usage so I know what not to do so it doesn't happen again.
