Okay so i am purchasing a new domain for my website, but it wants me to give my full address and im not happy with that, do i have to fill it in if so why?

Okay so i started doing it but then it askes for an EPP Code what is that :L sorry im a little new to this domain stuff lol

Im using a free version of x10 but im looking to buy a domain (.net) and i was wondering as i trust x10 well if its possible to buy one on the free packages if it is then how do i do it? thanks
