intento exportar mi db desde wordpress o desde cpanel>backups y quedo suspendido por usar muchos recursos ... mi db es de 139 MB, me imagino que tiene que existir alguna forma ... por favor, alguien sabe como solucionar esto, algun admin ??

I'm trying to download my wordpress database, using the "export" feature in wp (export posts in a xml file) and I'm getting a suspension for "Prolonged high resource usage", also using the "Backups" feature in cpanel gives me the same suspension ... how can I download a backup of my database...

I run wordpress 2.3.1 at news.elementfx.com, in admin pages i get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted I read in other similar post, the recommended solution was to upgrade to intermediate php, I allready have that, should I upgrade to Advanced PHP...
