i need help. i uploaded a image to this directory http://rudeboy.x10hosting.com/images/icon_home.gif i cnt access it. does it have to b in a specific folder?

when i upload the index.html page, will it go stright to the page from a browser e.g subdomain.x10hosting.com and will get that page up? or would PHP will b needed on all pages. if not how would u put the full banners on?
