I cann't do FTP, i look file manager, that my home folder lost all files and folders.... when i make new folder, there warning that : ERROR, cannot make directory, /home/roommee does not exist please help me what's wrong?

i have make user at mysql with all priviliges, but that user cann't access database (no database) at phpmyadmin. there have wrong configuration or something else with mysql or phpmyadmin thank you.
