Please can the admin reset the password to my account, i accidently deleted the email and a week is up tomorrow. My account is fmnet.x10hosting.com :)

For some reason i cant log into the control panel on my account, fmnet.x10hosting.com. I am on the static plan and it says 'The connection was refused when trying to connect to fmnet.x10hosting.com:2082'. does anyone know why this is ? EDIT: Tried the /cpanel thing but it comes up with the same...
