    Thanks for the explanation! What is the folder eleanorb for, then, and who created it?

    Apparently, the URL for my site is eleanorb.elementfx.com/eleanorb -- I didn't expect the second eleanorb -- is that necessary? Other sites I've used don't need a directory at that level... Or have I misunderstood the setup? Thanks, Eleanor
