I have decided to request to close down this account and create a new account to fix the addon domain problem. I have backed up all my data. Thanks.

1. My domain is not found in the Cpanel as shown in the attachments. I have just transferred the co.cc domain from another hosting server and have changed the nameservers to match the nameservers here. 2. Apparently the domain has previewed a page from this hosting as it wrote cpanel...
