Ive been suspended twice in the same day but im not sure why all Ive done so far is uploaded information to my site I didnt realize there was an upload limit.

okay so Im not seeing it somewhere is there an upload limit and what is it? Also I was recently on a paid account but due to circumstances have to drop to a free account fir the time is there an easy migration?
