can i please get unsuspended i would do it myself but i cant as i dont get the option to do it myself :)

the install isnt the problem what it is, is that i get a suspension at least once a day when my members have been posting etc and its really annoying

ok i have been trying to host SMF 2.0 RC5 and every day i have had my account suspended and i either want these suspensions to stop so i can successfuly own my community or i want my account closed

my members have been asking me to install a shoutbox/chatbox and i told them i have to clear it with you guys first so im asking if it will breach the tos because i dont want my forum shutdown

am i allowed to add a chat box to my forum or does it violate the TOS
