have never received a response to previous ticket. softaculous is still not working. for example, when i select moodle, it gives me a "fatal error" page saying the info.xml file could not be found.

When accessing softactulous, many things do not work. For example b2evolution and moodle both throw "Fatal Error: The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator."
