How do I delete my account? & how can I take a backup of my forums which can be uploaded elsewhere?

I got suspended for 'distribution of illegally modified runescape private server files'.... If you/I remove this from my forums then unsuspend me then it will be greatly appreciated, otherwise can you tell me when the suspension will be lifed? If not please tell me, and also how to delete this...
