I am not able to change my main domain because its not removing from Hosting Account Management page after removing my addon domain from cpanel. I want my addon domain as my main domain. Please help.

My website is giving errors :- database query failed, database connect failed, 500 internal server error. Sometimes it opens but sometimes not. Is there any server maintenance or upgrade is going on ?
