Yes i know you can view it but i cant. I released all my cache and still im not able to view it, is there a way to get around this? I really need to access my site.

When i log into my site, i get the error "Host 'Ip address was here' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]". When i run: FLUSH HOSTS i get the error: #1227 - Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation How can i fix this...
