I can't sign into my Control Panel. Usually I just sign into the x10hosting.com site, and click on Control Panel. Now it's asking me to sign into the Control Panel too, on a new screen that I've never seen. Every time I try to sign in, my password gets rejected. There's no lost password...

I'm not able to log on to my control panel and update my website. I tried to log on with two different computers and web browsers. The first computer told me not to proceed for fear of being infected by a virus. The second computer opened a pop up window that never produced a web page. Please help!
