I am using the free hosting account to store personal pictures and videos for family access. I have been in the process of uploading a year's work of pictures. Please clarify why the account was suspended and if this use is outside of the terms of free hosting agreement.

My account was briefly suspended due to too many uploads. I cleared the issue and the account page states taht web hosting is active. However, when accessing the URL of the web hosting is shows that the account is suspended. Is there another step I need to perform?
