hi, website samplusvan.x10.mx will not load and i cant log in to cPanel. from searching the forums i gather that this may be because of migrating servers or something? anything i can do? thanks Sam

i have no .htaccess file in my all my files

on my website samplusvan.x10.mx i get this 403 error and cant see my site. It does not allow me to change the permissions on public_html to 755 currently stuck on 750 which i guess is the reason for this trouble, thanks sam
