It has recently come to my attention that the "Quick Contact" form on the left hand side of my web site (www.ccandrsf.com) is no longer delivering mail to my inbox like it is supposed to (probably since early January). I have not made any changes to the site or email setup for quite some time...

I have a "Quick Contact" form on my web site www.ccandrsf.com, and it has always worked just fine, but today it stopped accepting correctly entered codes. I have not made any changes to the web site or that captcha code for a while. Any ideas what happened?
