Hi, been getting the above message since yesterday via FTP and unable to edit or upload any files. I undetrstand a reboot of the server has taken place and a new kernel applied. Can you advise when the quota issue will be resolved. Thanks.

Hi, website has dissappeared since yesterday. All files are missing, can't connect by FTP either. Also my email address has gone also. Databases look to be in tact. Can you advise whether this is recoverable please?
