Hi. How can I delete free hosting account with all my data on x10hosting?

Hello. I need to integrate into my site(http://plutov.by) mailing script. It should sends me some notifications. I have tried PHP mail() function, Zend_Smtp but emails not sending. How can I send email using PHP on this free hosting? Maybe it some limitations?
