Hello. I tried to connect to my FTP account today but I couldn't, so I logged into my x10 account, went to Cpanel and then noticed that I have 0 Mb used!! What happened with my files??? I had almost 250 Mb used!! I haven't received any notifications from you about any problem with my account...
