that is all i deleted....what would cause it?

so i deleted all my files for my website to clean it...dumb move...now i can't use softaculous and i get this error...

alright so i was going to edit my site when this came up to tell the hoster to use this command to force update perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force
