how to put wordpress on the root directory? i want my website on cellfrens.x10.mx and not on cellfrens.x10.mx/wordpress

i want my website address to be same as my domain like cellfrens.x10.mx and not cellfrens.x10.mx/wordpress..how can i do that?i have installed all wordpress files on the root of public_html directory and confured the wp_config but then how can i log in to wordpress? im getting 404 error!

changed domain name to cellfrens.co.cc and created .co.cc account and set it up but im getting this screen: "Server Error There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily. If the issue persists, create a support ticket." i have reinstalled wordpress..should i get back to x10.mx...
