Hello I am running a Wordpress site and I can't log in to the admin panel. I don't know what information I can give to help. When I try to access the admin panel it just shows up a blank screen. Also I am having trouble with jquery plugins on this Wordpress site... any and all help is...

I am using WordPress and I am having trouble using a slider plugin....the jquery is not working I assume- the slides are not lining up.Can someone please help. here is what it looks like
