Okay so I have signed up for CloudFlare and now I need to change my nameserver to activate my account how do I do this?

I am wondering where do I upload my forum in phpMyAdmin? I was told by my friend that I shouldn't create a table because my forum would do that. I have no clue where to upload it. Can someone tell me?

I want to change my main domain back to testforum.x10.bz because I was just wondering what the thing was, I tried to cancel it but there is no option to do so, please change it back.
