Well the issue solved. I still don't know why the error is not reported, however I ran the script on my own PC and figure out the issue is coming from define(); Thanks for the help and time on this topic.

Thanks for the response, after some research I found just that script does not work. However it's strange because I got no errors and warnings.... I think I need to take deeper look on my own script.

Some updates. Now I could drop/upload files from php scripts on my site or by cPanel. However, the cP GUI will not allow me to overwrite files unless I delete them and re-upload later from GUI. This happens with no error notifications. And FTP is still not working, it keeps return error 552...
