It seems accounts on the other servers are going up and down, or running slow. But at least they have access some times. Why are our stoli accounts completely inaccessible for over 10 days now?

According to the services up/down post and Account Overview, http is down. My site's offline about 15 minutes now.

Any estimate on when smtp wil be back up? Also, any email that I send to my x10hosting email address is not received nor am I receiviing any kind of email undeliverable error back at the originating email adrress. Is this due to smtp being down or is there some other email issue as well...
