So I tried to open the cPanel yesterday from my work and I had exactly the same issue - browser could not load the page. I also tried various browsers but with no luck... Can anyone help?

Thanks for your quick reply. I am not aware of anything that should be blocking my connection or ports. I do connect from home directly through my ISP (Virgin Media). However, I will try to connect from my work today and see if I get the same result..
