I can not access my website at all. I can not access Cpanel either. My account status page says everything is online and working but I still can not access it, oddly enough. (otakuclub.elementfx.com) at all. P.S. I am on Stoli.

Hi, I'm making a website for a club at school. I used Drupal to set it up, and already installed the advanced forum plugin. However, somehow after adding a block (with the x10 Hosting ad code) the site started screwing up. The background banner at the top of the page does not show up anymore...
