My site is down just now, but it happened when I was trying to upload a large amount of files. My site has been small for a long time but I want to add 3gb of image files (my own personal photos). Is that possible on free hosting?

Sometimes a few images load then if I refresh the page either more or less images will load and sometimes the menu doesn't work. I'm also sometimes getting 429 too many request errors. It's happening on all my pages, but this one should show almost 40 jpg images...
