I don't think we need to be that aggressive. Just a simple ETA would be fine enough.

Greetings I have signed up since about a week. Since then, my website doesn"t work. Cpanel is not working, running out of disk space message. I am on Stoli. When can i expect things to work like it should, it's been a week already.
