    Support Ticket #24151 Unattended

I signed up for the premium service. Go to your regular login https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php? and then click on upgrade. Select the top one (Premium) and then you can pick for how many months. If you do 3 yrs, it only costs $4/month but I just went with 1 month at $6.95.

Honestly, I would switch to the premium service for a month. I paid the $6.95 and within 3 hours I had all my data back. I get that from a principle standpoint you shouldn't have to do that, but if you need it now, that's what I would do.

Hey, I'm probably having this same issue, as my website was on boru before. I can't login through the new cpanel though - how do we reset the password for that?

    Website, account still down?

Ugh, here too... my site's been down for a week, but I was away so didn't realize it until the other day. I opened a ticket but no response. Very disappointing since I didn't get a chance to back anything up.

    simple cron question

I want to set up a cron job to copy a file from one directory to another directory (which is a subdirectory) Can I do this directly from the cron setup or do I need to write a shell script to handle? Also, do I need to include the full path to the files? If I was in the directory where the...
