    cpanel error page ? as well as everything else

    Same thing for me. Even the cpanel login took 5 times to successfully get logged in and access to the same page about non active licence. On top, I guess the webmin forgot to tune php.ini (display_errors) properly, so visitors of the portal get some warnings like :
