update : finally I was able to log into cpanel and setup required site. but initially newly setup site was not loading - after a couple of hours (just now) I am able to view it !! reference : default-web-page-update-05-21-12 Edit : also see status.x10hosting.com

it also happening to me and appears like something is wrong at server level login screen says first that login was successful & redirecting - But immediately it shows the same login screen with " You must specify a username to login " clearing cookies, cache and dns flushing have no effect :(
