It's not just you. Everything seems to be down for some hours now and nobody seems to know why. Very bad.

I just signed up *yesterday* to evaluate and already find everything is down. The main x10 service status page can't be found, and the ticket viewer has an unrecoverable error. This does not look like a very professional operation I must say.
