█▄ Cannot Connect To Ftp Account ▄█

Hi,
I cannot connect to my main ftp account, whenever i try to connect from ws_ftp i get this error:
Finding Host ftp.shellcsinfo.x10hosting.com ...
Connecting to 74.86.133.24:21
Connected to 74.86.133.24:21 in 0.015600 seconds, Waiting for Server Response
Error reading response from server.
Connection closed by remote host.
Host type (1): Automatic Detect

* can u plz resolve the problem, once my account was suspended i didn't know tht we have to login in the forums then i logged and unsuspended the account then after few days i cannot log to my ftp account by ftp client but i can login to my ftp account by web ftp control manager.
so plz help me.

Have you got the right username and password.

It will be : *username*.x10hosting.com
Your cPanel username and password.

yes both are right the username and the password

Sorry, only saw now. dont put ftp in front of the address.

address : shellcsinfo.x10hosting.com
username : stark or your cPanel username
password : your cPanel password
