.10.bz domain expired

Hi, I'm having trouble renewing the .10.bz domain for my account, it expired.

The issue I'm having is that I get a [t1] error when trying to login to renew this domain. I double checked the username and password and it's the correct information. Any insight on this?

This account will be upgraded to premium hosting with a .com domain name soon, I'd just like to make it view able temporary with the .10.bz domain

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We've corrected an issue that caused the x10.bz domain name to not be renewed.

It may take a bit for the DNS records to re-sync down.

To clarify, this was nothing on your end, it was an error on our end.
