One the Stoli.x10 cpanle is out. Is it just something yall are working on???

and two every time i try to join the support chat i get #offtopic Cannot join channel (+b)
Is that down to???

The admins know of the cPanel being down. They are working on it. As for the support chat, it is working fine.
