2 domain's same forum username

Good morning

5 days ago I register a domain “Golan.exofire.net” it was ok until I opened another domain under the name”etzuvim.x10hosting.com”. I used the same forum name and from that moment a problem has stared.

1. Whan I log in to my account panel I get the new domain “http://etzuvim.x10hosting.com” I don’t have access to the old one via the account panel

2. Ftp access is only working to the old address “Golan.exofire.net” the new account ftp access is not working.

3. for some reason Golan.exofire.net is now not working at all.

1. Why did you create a 2nd account?

Stated in the first few lines of the TOS, clearly says " Each individual is allowed ONE account only."

The rest of your questions fall under this reasoning. When you signed up a second account under the same name, only one would work, because of this fact. Please let us know which account you wish to keep and we'll correct this problem for you.
