1- Can somebody remove my ip from banning list? I was making nslookup, because I moved a domain... Im using proxies to get in here.. ip:

201.247.40.132

2- is CNAME record available?

I don't see that IP on the block list;

CNAME records have to be edited manually by an admin and would need to be requested in the upgrades section.
